For thousands of years, silver has been used as a form of currency. Silver was the preferred unit of exchange in nearly every early culture worldwide. Today’s paper money derives its purchasing power only through confidence in a nation’s ability to maintain a “prudent fiscal policy.” In turbulent times, such as those we are experiencing in the world today, diversifying your savings/investment strategy by adding silver may be a smart move. Indeed, many experts suggest that 10% to 15% of portfolio assets be in precious metals.

Silver Bars are minted from .999 fine silver. Each features the TripleClicks crown logo and store URL.

Product Type: Bullion
Dimensions: 30 mm x 51 mm
Thickness: 3 mm
Material: 1 oz .999 Silver

1. Get it out of your head and down on paper (or onto your screen).
Just start writing notes on what you have to do. No particular order, just get it out of your head and you won’t have to worry about it taking up space in your brain anymore.
2. Prioritize and group your tasks
Prioritize based on what you LIKE doing and what you’d most enjoy getting off your plate. Look at your tasks, decide what’s important and what you “want” to do first.
3. Take action and do the easy stuff first.
As long as you’re taking action you’re on the right track. Dig in. Since you prioritized your tasks based on what you WANT to do first, those should be the easiest to get done. It’s much easier finishing tasks you enjoy doing as opposed to the tougher ones (even if they’re more important).
4. Stay focused (on the current task) until complete
Don’t do another task until you’ve completed (and checked off) the previous task. Do it, complete it. Don’t do half of one task while doing half of another task, otherwise you’d end up back in the world of overwhelm.
5. Celebrate
Give yourself a pat on the back. Being able to check your tasks off a list is the reason task lists exist. Celebrate the fact that you’re moving forward, and that you know how to KEEP moving forward. Every completed task deserves a small reward.
Repeat the above steps until your tasks have been checked off your list.
You just have to do it – and keep doing it. Easy! Right!
The tool I use on a daily basis to keep all my task management on task, is called the TomorrowList, and it’s part of GlobalNPN‘s suite of marketing tools.

There are many different ways to measure and track your website traffic, and numerous “metrics” that you can consider. If you are not careful, it can become a very time-consuming job. So here are a few quick tips to help you find the most important stats to measure the success of your business website.
Conversion metrics are the most important metrics of all. You need to know what percentage of your website visitors are responding to your Call to Action or CTA. Your CTA could be an invitation to join your mailing list, or to click on ads, or to make a purchase, or you could have several different CTAs scattered across your site. Whatever your CTA is, make sure you are able to track responses and keep an eye on the percentage of visitors that are clicking your CTA links.
Traffic Source
You need to know where your traffic is coming from. You need to know what percentage of your traffic is coming from social media, organic search results, paid advertising and so on. Again, you need to be using a tracking service to help you monitor this data. Your traffic source data will tell you several important things. First, it will give you a better idea of what traffic generation tactics are the most successful. Second, if you track your organic results you will learn what terms or keywords the visitor used to find you. You can install Google Analytics on your website to do that for you.
New & Returning Visitors
Some websites, such as blogs, are designed specifically to get a lot of return visitors, while other websites such as single-product sales sites and sites exclusively given over to list-building are probably more focused on tracking how many new visitors they are attracting. If you are running a business blog, you want to see a good mix of both new and returning visitors. If nobody is returning, then you are failing to build your brand or a sense of online community. If you are attracting no new visitors, then your site traffic cannot grow.
Visitor Path & Clicks
You can gain a lot of insight by tracking the path that your visitors take through your website. If you notice that a particular page has a comparatively high exit rate, then that is a page you need to improve. Another option is to track your visitors’ clicks. There are a variety of heat map style scripts and plugins that tell you where your visitors are clicking on the page. The areas that get higher amounts of clicks should be optimized and utilized to boost conversions. There are a variety of other possible metrics you can use, but the four I have discussed in this article are really the most useful for online business owners.
Always bear in mind that while tracking the right metrics provides valuable information to help you improve your results, there is a point where over-analysis will provide diminishing returns on your time and effort.

The best way to avoid getting stressed out over your home-based business is to make sure that everything is organized and that you are following a clearly prioritized plan of action.

However, it is important to emphasize that you leave some space for flexibility so that when the unexpected happens, you can respond to it with the least amount of friction.

Getting organized does not mean spending an hour every day tidying your desktop or having a little box for everything to be placed into. To be organized means that you can find anything you need, when you need it. If it takes you more than a few minutes to find something, then you need to get more organized.

Another key point is that “good enough” really is sufficient in most cases. A lot people get distracted by seeking perfection. Being too concerned with organization will cause you to waste a lot time fine-tuning a system that already works. In that sense, being over-organized can be almost as bad as being disorganized.

For example, a lot of people think everything should have a label on it so that you can see what everything is and where it goes. In reality, most people simply don’t need to do this. You may want a few labels in areas that you will benefit from having them, but that doesn’t mean that they should be everywhere. If you know where every thing is, whether labelled or not, then your workspace is organized enough for you.

Perhaps even more important than organizing your things, to be truly organized, you need to organize your ideas and your priorities. To do that, write notes and lists of goals. You should be aiming for at least one clear and challenging long-term goal, which is the driving purpose of your business.

You should also know what your top two or three goals are for the year, the quarter, this week and today. Make sure that the shorter term goals help you to make progress towards your longer term goals. In short, prioritize every job that moves you towards your goals, and seek to reduce time spent on lower priority tasks.

Knowing your priorities will help you organize your schedule and help you to say “No” to jobs and requests that do not help you move forward.

By understanding these key concepts, you can greatly improve your ability to organize your home-based business and run it well.

“In The Power of Habit,” Charles DuHigg explains how all of our lives are a mass of habits. Many of our choices are not based on careful decision-making. They are instead habits and these habits have a tremendous influence on our health and productivity. Once we understand how habits are formed and how they work, we can learn how to change them.

You are probably as an online business owner going to need to sharpen up your copywriting skills unless you can afford to hire a professional copywriter.

There are a few simple things you can do to create copy that improves your conversion rates, not matter whether you are writing sales pages, email messages or blog posts. Here are five quick tips to help you write better copy from today.

Invest In Your Headline

The first thing people see is your headline or subject line, so it needs to be a strong one.  If your readers don’t find the headline interesting, then they are not going to click or scroll to view the rest of your message.

As much as 50% of the time you invest in creating each piece of copy should be spent solely on your headline. Write several different versions (the more the better) and look at how you can condense your message into fewer, more powerful words.

Keep It Simple

In order to create a compelling copy, you need to keep it concise and focused, but also conversational in tone. Do not lecture your readers. You are there to engage and persuade them.  Keep your sentences short and simple. A nine or ten year old child should be able to read them without difficulty.

Help your readers by keeping your paragraphs short, and by allowing plenty of white space. Each paragraph should contain just one point, with some supporting content. Use headings and sub-headings, as well as bullet points to help the reader skim through your article.

Size Matters

On the other hand, if you are writing a blog post, do not be afraid to write longer posts than is often recommended. It is commonly recommended to aim for around 350-500 words per blog post, however much longer posts that offer quality content in depth on a specific niche topic can prove very effective in SEO terms.

For a sales page, the general rule of thumb is the more that a product costs, the longer the sales page should be.  However, with more video and audio being added to these pages, the length is always changing.  Overall, your copy should be as long as it needs to be.

This means that you need to make sure that your copy includes everything that a prospective buyer would want to know, while also not adding more than they want.

Double Check Spelling and Grammar

You cannot convey a professional image if your content is littered with spelling mistakes (or typing errors) and bad grammar. Aim for an informal and conversational style, but still pay attention to grammar and spelling. Do not simply rely on a spellchecker. Print off a copy of your article and go through it manually. Look out for spellings of words that spellcheckers often miss, such as “there” and “there” and so on.

If you use the five tips I have discussed in this article to guide you, you should see an immediate improvement in your copywriting skills.  Tailor the length of your copy to the needs of the topic you are discussing or the product or service that you are promoting.  Keep your sentences and your paragraphs short and simple for readers to digest. Pay attention to your formatting and double check for typing and grammar errors. Above all else, give your headline the attention that it requires to pull in your readers.

Video marketing has proven to be a very effective way to expand your brand and promote your website online. This is true whether you are creating a small affiliate site or are setting up a website for your small business. The biggest barrier that seems to exist isn’t a lack of desire to create videos, but rather a general fear of doing so. The benefits of video marketing have become even more crystallized over the past several years and there is little chance that video will become less important in the future. Here are a few things to think about when deciding whether or not to take the plunge and start video marketing.

The first thing to realize is that the people watching your videos are going to know whether or not you are an amateur or a professional. In the end, this doesn’t really matter. Most people don’t expect to go onto YouTube and find thousands of professionally created videos. They expect to find home videos and amateur videos.

Your online video may not look like a professional movie trailer, but that doesn’t diminish its value at all. In fact, some of the most successful business-related videos are little more than someone sitting in front of their computer and just talking. There’s no need to waste a lot of time learning how these complicated video editing software to add splash effects and graphics. All you need to do is know how to record a video, do a few simple edits if need be, and publish it.

Here’s another way to think about it. Do you have to be a professional writer in order to start a blog? Absolutely not. The same is true for video marketing. Nobody is a master of a skill at the outset and it is only by going through the process of learning how to do it – and actually doing it – that you become more skillful.

If anything, this should be motivation to start video marketing today, because it means that six months or a year from now you are going to be infinitely better than you are right now. If at any point in the future you intend to use video marketing, then the time to start is now.

Video marketing has proven to be uniquely beneficial for a number of reasons. The biggest reason is that it allows you access to a source of traffic that is unique. If you create a two-minute video that someone watches and they then click over to your website, they are already invested in what you are trying to tell them. As a result, they have prequalified themselves in a way that is difficult to replicate elsewhere.

Another benefit is that it allows you to capture the attention of people who otherwise would ignore your message. People tend to learn in different ways and naturally choose mediums that they are comfortable with. If your website visitors prefer not to read your text, then video is a great way to bridge the gap. This not only pulls more people onto your website, but also improves their user experience once they are there. As a result, they will stay on your website longer, are more likely to share your website with others, and will be more likely to spend money with you.
